Femi Agboola is a pastor, broadcaster, and the co-founder and president of Oneway Broadcasting Network, a global Christian television network. Over more than thirty-five years he has served the church in every role from janitor to pastor — Sunday school teacher, usher, choir member and director, youth worker, media and computer ministry, prayer and evangelism.

He is the author of Intimacy With God, and his new book, Growth Will Cost You, is forthcoming from OBN Publishing. He was born in Ijare, Ondo State, Nigeria, and now lives and works in Texas.

His work sits at the intersection of media, leadership, technology, and human development. He sees his work as more than a job title: creating order, solving problems, encouraging people, and building systems that help people and ideas move forward.

Femi is currently pursuing a Doctor of Strategic Leadership at Oral Roberts University, where his research focuses on spiritual leadership, organizational culture, ethics, belonging, and human flourishing.
